The air was crisp and cool as Dean pushed open the back door of the small cabin they were staying at. Looking around he took in the sight of the trees and ground covered in a semi think blanket of snow. Sitting on the steps of the small porch Dean pulled out his hand gun and aimed it at the target straight back from him. The shots rang out semi-noisily through the still air, making some birds in a near by tree fly off.
Emptying the clip, he clicked the safety on and ejected the clip and started loading it again. Cocking it and taking the safety back off he raised his arm to shoot again when the door opened behind him. Looking up he smiled as Sam came out, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.
